§ 02 · VI — COUNSEL AREA

Pre-Purchase Diligence

What disclosure missed and what it will cost. Environmental review before acquisition of high-value residential property.

Standard property inspections are designed to identify visible defects. They are not designed to identify environmental conditions that are invisible, costly, and potentially hazardous. Before acquiring a significant residential property, an independent environmental review identifies what disclosure missed, what it will cost to address, and whether the property’s condition aligns with the acquisition price. This is not a home inspection — it is a targeted environmental assessment performed before you sign.
